What hours are you available?
Custom Maid Service provides maid service during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday.

Do I need to provide vacuums, brooms or other cleaning equipment and supplies?
We bring all the supplies and equipment needed to clean your home from top to bottom.

Do your products really clean as well as "regular" cleaners?
Yes. The days are long past when highly toxic petrochemical ingredients were the only alternatives for effective cleaning. Most of the products we use are made of the least toxic ingredients available. What is Microfiber?
Microfiber is constructed in a blend of 80/20 ratio of polyester/polyamideams. They are made from a warp knitted thread, composed of wedge-shaped polyester filaments with a core of nylon. The fiber's wedge shaped filaments follow surfaces, lift up dirt, and then trap the particles inside the fibers. The capillary effect between the filaments and nylon core creates a high absorbency, which in turn enables this cloth to clean and polish at the same time. 

How do I pay for my cleaning?
The preferred method is by check.  By paying with a check we do not incur any fees and are able to keep our prices low.  

Are Custom Maid employees bonded and insured?
Yes. We know how important your home furnishings and belongings are to you and your family. We're extremely careful but should an accident happen it's good to know you are protected from loss, breakage or other damage that might occur during cleaning. 

What about employment taxes?
Properly documented payment of employment tax for household employees is of growing concern for many. The IRS requires that FICA taxes be paid on all household employees including those you hire yourself. All our staff members are employees of Custom Maid Service, LLC. We pay all social security, state, federal and local taxes. We take care of the paper work so you don't have to!
