Maid Service includes the following:

SERVICE THAT IS DONE IN EVERY ROOM

§ Vacuum carpet

§        Dry dust ceiling fans/light fixtures

§        Dry dust all furniture (some plasma TV’s excluded)

§ Sweep and mop any hard floor surfaces

§ Base boards that are accessible vacuumed and/or wiped (as necessary)

§ Wipe off all glass items (mirrors, table tops, etc.)

§ Wipe off doorknobs and switch plates

§ Wipe off windowsills

§ Dry dust both sides of window blinds

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM

§ Sweep and mop entry way and tile in front of fireplace

§ Clean glass on inside and outside of front door

KITCHEN AND UTILITY ROOM

§ Wash and dry all counters. 

§ Clean top of stove.  Remove burner bottoms and clean

§ Clean exterior of oven

§ Clean inside and outside of microwave

§ Clean sink

§ Clean outside of refrigerator

§ Clean outside of cabinets

§        Clean any glass door on inside and outside

§        Wipe exterior visible surfaces of washer/dryer

BATHROOMS

§ Clean and disinfect sinks and toilets

§ Clean bathtubs and shower stalls

§ Clean towel hangers and toilet paper holder

§ Wipe off cabinets and medicine chest doors

BEDROOMS

§        Make up beds (place clean sheets on bed)
